    This style was very popular in the late 1800's to early 1900's
    I used to ride my horse with one just like this that I had some silver put on, my horse loved it.
    It might have been the sweet iron that she liked
    It could be used today if you wanted and cleaned it
    This is a Great Looking bit for display and has not been messed with!
    I did not clean it, that is up to the next owner
    The bit is 5 5/8" tall
    The mouth is 4 7/8 across
    Port is low 5/8"
    The Shanks are 3" long
