Taxco Mexico Fish Bottle Opener. Abalone Shell. Heavy and Solid with Silver and Brass Metal Layers and Details. Articulated, and Stands Upright when Curved. Fantastic Mid Century Design "MUST HAVE"
. Hallmarked on the tail "Los Castillo Taxco". Very good condition with some age and patina. Some extensive natural variations in the shells. We looked very closely at this piece and can find many oddities in the shells, but none looks like any damage. Even if there was, it would be very hard to tell because of the natural variations in the shells. Best of all, NO missing pieces!
Measures about 8 1/2" long.
